Contemplation
Earnestly meditate on and love Jesus Christ on the cross who sacrificed his life for the greatest love given to God the Father and all human kind.
Mortification
Foster the spirit of sacrifice and yearn to be united with the mystery of Christ’s suffering.
Apostolate
Live the spirit of the Gospel and zealously commit to the mission of saving souls.
